Here's the thing: we got tired of watching small business owners wrestle with bloated platforms that promised everything but delivered confusion. So in 2018, four of us decided to fix it. Neon Labs started as a side project—literally sketched on napkins at a café in Alicante—and grew into something we're genuinely proud of. We're an e-commerce solutions company that actually gets what you need. Not some corporate machine spouting jargon. We're neighbors helping neighbors sell smarter. Our tools? They work because we built them for real people running real businesses. That's it. That's the story.

Our Story
Neon Labs kicked off in 2016 when our founder got absolutely fed up with helping friends navigate terrible platform dashboards. The first version? Took 8 months to build and looked frankly terrible. But it worked. By 2019, we'd onboarded our first 47 paying clients (mostly referrals from word-of-mouth). Things accelerated fast. We moved to our current Alicante HQ in 2021, expanded the team, and haven't stopped iterating since. Today we're powering over 2,300 online stores across 19 countries. Still weird to say that out loud.
